1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All products sold on bookheavens.com are digital downloads, such as eBooks and other electronic content. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are purchasing a non-physical, digital item.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download or receive your product via email.
  • Once the product is sent or downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your email address and device compatibility are correct before purchasing.

2. Download Issues or Corrupt Files

We understand that technical issues can happen. If you encounter any of the following:

  • Broken or corrupted download links
  • You did not receive your download email within a reasonable time
  • You are unable to access your purchased file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@bookheavens.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly by resending the file or assisting you with access.


3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, please email us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or refund for the duplicate order, provided the product has not been downloaded more than once.


4. Unauthorized Transactions
